A call to action button is included

In each email, we included a clear call to action in which we offer the customer to be contacted by one of our executives to get further information on the subject. 

Also, we included the contact information of the executive in charge of this account.

Here we have assigned a new value to the column “Conversion status” in our database every time a customer clicks on the button “I want the executive to call me!”. We set it as  “sent to sales” but you can set it as it fits your objectives better.
