How to create a new web form

From the homepage, go to Inbound Manager Application. Click on “new listener”  and give it a name that represents the type of form you are creating for your conversation. Add the necessary fields with the easy-to-use drag and drop menu and place them in logical order depending on your needs.

Under the Form Properties menu, you will edit the content of each field and customize the Success Message that the end user will receive immediately after they submit the form. In this section, you can also customize the field names, etc.  

Save your web form and remember that you can always come back to edit and check your design by clicking on the green button – see web form.
