These webforms are used to feed your contact list with data that your customers or your agents can input directly allowing them to self manage their dossier or case. 

You can also start events with the sending of a webform, but that,  we’ll show you how in the advanced webforms tutorial. 

You must know that as soon as you save a Web Form, a code or link is generated automatically and it’s public so it can be ready to use.
