What are the main modules and how do they interact with each other?
DANAConnect modules are designed to create conversations that flow from the beginning of the relationship with your customers, cover all the touchpoints, and be always present for them, with a personalized touch, but in an automatic way.
On one hand, you have your customers’ Contact information. In DANAconnect, we manage it in what we call the Contact Manager module. It encompasses all the customer data: their contact information, their dossiers, the list of products they have with you, (… and the products YOU WISH they had with you).
On the other hand, you have what you want to communicate to your customers through an outgoing channel. It might be email, SMS, automatic calls, or a notification in an app…
You will manage all these through the Conversation Manager. It is a blank canvas that lets you design flowcharts with multiple steps that are actually actionable and actually sends the communications when you click on this button. Here, you can create these flows by adding timers, filters, events, sms messages, emails, even webhooks to external systems… so your flow can take different roads depending on the customer interactions.
The Conversation Manager for creating actionable automation workflows
The Conversation Manager integrates perfectly with the Contact Manager to use customer’s personal data to deliver personalized communications in the most effective way and through the most efficient channel.
The Inbound Manager to create bidirectional automations
You will always also need input from your customers. This is where the inbound manager comes into play. You have Input methods to update the contact list and integrate the information received into your automated flows.
You can create web forms with a drag and drop tool for feeding and updating your customer database.
You have SMS keyword creation to respond to requests by the customer via SMS with a keyword.
And there are also landing pages that are a resource useful to have after the customer has made some interaction within the email or sms…
Auditing and reporting for compliance in communications and document delivery
And last, there is the auditing and reporting module, where the interactions you had with your customers in the past had been documented with detailed reports for each communication and each transmission. This is used for compliance with regulations when sending communications. This can save the company a lot in legal fees.
